Delete your LingoSpark account

Delete directly in the app, or request deletion by email if you cannot sign in.

Profile tab → Danger zone → Delete account → Delete forever

From the email used for your account, send “Account deletion request” to [email protected].

Data deleted and retention period

Your account is disabled immediately, your profile is hidden, and matches are closed. Profile data, photos, matches, messages, media, voice notes, swipes, blocks, and device identifiers are permanently deleted after a 90-day retention period for disputes and fraud prevention. Records required by law and minimal safety or anti-fraud report records may be retained longer.
