You must be at least 18 years old. By registering you represent and warrant that you (a) are 18 or older, (b) can form a legally binding contract, (c) are not barred from using a social networking service under the laws of your jurisdiction, and (d) have not been convicted of a sex offense. We may suspend or delete any account we believe fails these requirements without notice.

One account per person; accounts are personal and may not be transferred, sold, or shared. You must provide your own genuine photos and accurate information. Impersonation, false identity, bots/automation, and circumventing the in-app camera label or location-check process are prohibited and may result in immediate termination.

The following are strictly prohibited: any content or contact involving minors, sexual exploitation or trafficking, harassment, hate, discrimination, threats or violence, spam/advertising/solicitation or prostitution, requests for money, investment pitches or romance scams, and saving, leaking, or redistributing another person’s photos, videos, chats, or personal data without consent. We report known child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to NCMEC and relevant authorities as required by U.S. law. Violating content may be removed without notice and accounts permanently banned. In addition, an account reported by multiple distinct users may be automatically and temporarily quarantined (access restricted) pending review, after which we may lift the restriction or convert it to a permanent suspension.

While we provide trust signals such as an in-app camera label and a location check, these only indicate use of the app camera or a checked city; they are not face matching or identity verification. We do not guarantee any user’s identity, age, background, or intentions, and we do not conduct background or criminal checks. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We do not control and are not responsible for the conduct, statements, or content of users.

Meeting people offline carries risk. We recommend first meetings in daytime, public places, and reporting or blocking anyone who requests money or raises safety concerns. You assume all risk arising from meeting other users and any resulting consequences. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for incidents, injuries, or damages occurring offline.

You retain rights to content you upload (photos, profile, messages). You grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate, provide, and improve the service. This license ends when you delete your account, except for backups and content we must retain by law. You warrant you have the rights to the content you upload.

Core features — signup, profile, matching, chat, voice messages, and language corrections — are free. **The only paid feature is AI chat translation.** Free accounts include 100 translations per month; an optional "Pro" subscription includes 1,000 translations per month. The web price is US$10/month and is processed by Stripe. In the iOS and Android apps, Apple App Store or Google Play processes payment at the localized price shown in the app (currently US$14.99/month in the United States). The amount, currency, and tax shown on the store purchase confirmation are controlling. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. From subscription management in your profile, web subscriptions open the Stripe customer portal and app subscriptions open the applicable store subscription manager, where you can cancel anytime. Pro remains active for the rest of the paid period after cancellation. Refunds follow applicable law and the policies of Stripe, Apple, or Google, whichever processed the purchase. We never hold your card details. We may change pricing, the service, or these Terms, or discontinue the service, with notice; for material changes we will seek renewed consent in the app. You may delete your account at any time, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and its total liability shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100). Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its personnel from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the service, or violation of others’ rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA (excluding conflict-of-laws rules). Disputes between you and the Company will first be addressed in good faith; if unresolved, they will be finally settled by individual binding arbitration to the extent permitted by law, and you waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration. Mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you are not affected.
